In this region of accelerated integration between two nations the universities are leading the development of creating models for collaboration. Malmo University and Roskilde University Center will sign a co-operation agreement of institutional collaboration forming the base for activities.
The two universities complement each other and together they create a large critical mass for interesting new education concepts and research. The development of education and research on some identified thematic subjects in this project promote the integration. This project is aiming at concrete possibilities for students, researchers and university staff to exchange and collaborate in and between the two universities.
Universities are preparing people for a life at work in the society, why the new models will be disseminated and used even after this project. Danish-Swedish interregional and transnational competence will open up for enhanced and reinforced integration.
These project activities relevant for the society would deliver the results of increased mobility, additional collaboration, transnational competences and new models of co-operation for other regional actors.
