The big challenge for the region and the local authorities is to develop strategies and competencies towards establishing new and innovative platforms and crossovers across the Sound – partnerships between creative industries, culture, planning, municipalities, research, education and the civil society – if to progress in binding the region together. The project is about how to do this, and works with four tracks:

The vision of the project is to create and facilitate a number of concrete networks, partnerships and platforms, which will lead to concrete results as well as generalized effects in form of training, tools and transfer of knowledge.
