The aim of the project is to develop and test new products and services that can secure Senior citizens to a well-functioning life in their own home. The partnership will gather and compile knowledge and experiences from the participating regions in a report and will also analyze other projects with similar focus. The report will clearly highlight needs and what has already been done in the area. It will be the starting point for the product pilots and the display environments in the project and will be spread to other stakeholders in the program area. The project will through the pilot projects select a number of ICT-solutions that will be tested in the Senior citizens homes. The solutions will vary but the focus will be on testing the same solution on a number of pilots. The tests will involve companies, users and care staff in the cities in order to secure good quality and sustainability. The display environments will offer an opportunity for the companies to show its products to a greater audience.
